Parents And Grandparents Supervisa
A super visa lets parents and grandparents visit their children or grandchildren for up to 5 years at a time that provides multiple entries for a period up to 10 years.
Eligibility
- Should be the parent or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or a permanent
resident of Canada - Should have an invitation letter from child or grandchild stating a promise of
financial support for the length of visit, the list and number of people in the
household of sponsor, a copy of the sponsor’s Canadian citizenship or
permanent resident document - Should acquire medical insurance from a Canadian insurance company which
valid for at least 1 year from the date of entry, covers at least $100,000
emergency coverage and have a proof that the medical insurance has been paid
in full (quotes aren’t accepted)
Applicant must apply for a super visa from outside Canada and should not be inadmissible to Canada. An immigration medical exam should be cleared and meet certain other conditions.
